提出了一种非圆齿轮磨前齿廓设计的方法,该方法通过研究不同齿顶高的成形砂轮包络出的非圆齿轮齿廓情况,将非圆齿轮理论齿廓分为工作齿廓、非工作齿廓和齿根曲线三部分。通过对工作齿廓部分设计一种正余量来保证磨削精度;在非工作齿廓部分设计一种负余量使砂轮顶部不参加工作,增加砂轮寿命,同时保证不会产生根部应力集中,齿根部分不变,最终得到非圆齿轮磨前齿廓设计。该方法的提出,保证了非圆齿轮磨齿加工的顺利进行,有极大的理论价值和实际应用价值。
A novel before-grinding noncircular gear tooth profile design method has been put forward. Through investigation into the noncircular gear tooth profile generated by form-grinding wheel with different addendums, the noncircular gear tooth has been divided into working tooth, non-working tooth and tooth root. A normal positive allowance for the working tooth profile has been designed to guarantee the grinding precision, and a normal negative allowance for the non-working tooth profile has been designed to guarantee the long life span of the grinder and high strength of the tooth. This method ensures the smooth grinding process of noncircular gear, and has great theoretical value and practical application value.
