Through some real data on the migrant workers, focused on the reality of adult education vigorously developing voca- tional education, the article systematically discusses the mechanism about adults＇ vocational education＇s contribution to the occupational conversion ability of the new generation migrant workers from external conditions, internal demand. It combined functions of three as- pects to better understand the reason of the high rate of the new generation migrant workers＇ professional conversion and more effectively find the solution to the problems.
