膜联蛋白A3(ANXA3)属于膜联蛋白超家族且是非常重要的一员.过去的研究已证实,AN XA3参与了包括细胞增殖、分化与凋亡、细胞信号转导和胞吞胞吐等一系列重要生理过程.近年来研究显示,ANXA3异常表达可能与多种恶性肿瘤的演进或侵袭转移有密切关系:ANXA3的高表达可能会促进乳腺癌、肺腺癌和胆囊癌等的浸润转移;而ANXA3的低表达则可能会促进乳头状甲状腺癌和前列腺癌等的转移;另外,ANXA3可能通过促进结肠癌组织内的血管生成促使肿瘤细胞的转移.这些发现显示,抑制或促进ANXA3表达可能会为这几种恶性肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的方向.
Annexin A3(ANXA3) belongs to the membrane associated protein superfamily and is a very important member.Previous researches have confirmed that ANXA3 is involved in a series of important physiological processes including cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,cell signal transduction,endoeytosis and exocytosis and so on.In recent years,the further studies show that the abnoral expression of ANXA3 may have close relationship with many kinds of malignant tumor invasion and metastasis.Higher expression of ANXA3 may promote the metastasis of breast cancer,lung adenocarcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma,etc.;while lower expression of ANXA3 could promote the transfer of papillmy thyroid cancer and prostate cancer,etc.;besides,ANXA3 can promote the transfer of tumor cells via promoting the angiogenesis of colon cancer tissues.The findings suggest that inhibiting or promoting the expression of ANXA3 may provide us a new direction for the treatment of the above mentioned malignant tumors.
