本工作用显微技术观察到了四膜虫对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)的大量摄取。考察了四膜虫存活率与MWNTs的剂量效应,发现MWNTs对细胞的生长有浓度依赖的促进作用。四膜虫的生长刺激通过琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),蛋白质和核酸含量的测定被进一步证实。TGA分析表明纳米管非共价结合蛋白,因此推测,培养液中的MWNTs载带了大量蛋白胨进入四膜虫细胞内是导致四膜虫迅速增殖的原因。
The uptake of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) by Tetrahymena pyriformis was observed with optical microscope. The viability of Tetrahymena pyriformis and its dose-effect relationship at various concentrations of the MWNTs were measured.
