In the aerospace electronic test, the DC signal source has an important influence on the accuracy of the test results, a proposal on precise and programmable DC signal source based on FPGA and AD768 is proposed to improve the accuracy of the DC source. The proposal uses FPGA as control core, receiving the programmable command from computer via USB2.0 interface chip and controlling DAC voltage conversion circuit to make DC voltage output true. The hardware of AD768 is focused on, and the approaches of improving the precision of signal source are further discussed from circuit board design and software correcting. The actual application shows that the signal source has a high reference value with the advantages of high precision, programmable features and good stability.
