现今已进入大数据时代,能源管理系统的核心在于数据采集;能源管理系统的实现需要使用到通信技术,而现在使用最为广泛的是RSt85总线接口通信,但是RS485总线在通信距离和通信速率上的缺陷明显;因此为了达到提高现有控制系统对数据量、实时性的目的,采用网络技术取代RS485总线的方法;本数据采集器采用STM32为核心,使用小型TCP/IP协议栈实现网络通讯;为了验证网络数据采集器可达到的预期效果,试验主要通过使用能源管理系统作为实例展示;成功实现了数字电表水表的数据采集和电磁阀的控制,达到预期效果;试验结论为:嵌入式网络控制实际是对传统现场总线控制的一种扩展,改进了传统现场总线的诸多缺点,是一种有推广前景的方法.
Nowadays, we have stepped into the era of big data; the data acquisition has became the core of the Energy management system. The implementation of the energy management system needs to use the communication technology, and the RS485 bus interface communication is widely used. But the RS485 has many distinct defects that limited transmission distances and slower transmission rate. So in order to improve the existing control system of the amount of data and real--time, we adopt the method by using the network technology replace the RS485 bus. This data collector uses the STM32 as the core, using a small TCP/IP protocol stack to achieve the network communication. In order to verify the expected effect which the data collector can achieve, the test uses the energy management system as the example to show. The design successfully realizes the digital meter data acquisition and electromagnetic value control, achieving the expected effect. The test results as follows: the embedded network control is actually an extension of the traditional field bus control, it improved many disadvantages of the traditional field bus; It is a kind of promotion prospects method.
