应用Ansys有限元软件,对变压器的流体和温度进行了计算分析。根据给定结构设计的变压器,建立了相等尺寸的实物仿真模型,完成了温度场的参数计算,获得了变压器温度分布及热点位置,并与实际变压器测试结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:所采用的方法对变压器温度场进行计算其结果是正确的。
Based on Ansys finite element software, the fluid and temperature of transformer are calcu- lated and analyzed. According to the given structure of transformer being designed, a simulation model equal to the real size of transformer is established. The parameter of temperature field is calculated.The temperature distribution and the hot spot location of transformer are obtained and are com- pared with the experimental results. The comparison analysis results show that with the described method, the temperature field calculation of transformer is accurate, reliable and effective.
