船舶电力推进是采用电动机带动螺旋桨驱动船舶推进的技术,推进电机由变频器供电。由于输出电压中包含的谐波会引起推进电机的振动,造成推进变频器功率和电流大,导致开关速度慢,很难通过提高开关频率来抑制变频器的输出谐波,为此提出了采用空间矢量PWM控制技术和无源LC滤波器相结合的方式来抑制推进变频器的输出谐波。利用MATLAB软件建立了仿真模型,对所提出的谐波抑制方法进行了仿真分析,结果表明所提出的方法可以有效抑制推进变频器的谐波,使其输出电压总谐波畸变率(THD)满足国标要求,为船舶推进变频器供电优化提供了参考。
Ship electric propulsion system is driven by motor propeller propulsion, propulsion motor was supply by inverter power, and the harmonic contained in the output voltage can cause the vibration of the propulsion motor. Due to the large power and current of inverter, the speed of switch is slowly, it' s difficult to suppress the inverter output harmonics by increasing switching frequency. Therefore we adopted space vector PWM control technology and a com- bination of passive LC filter to suppress the boost converter output harmonic. MATLAB software was used to establish the simulation model, and simulation analysis of harmonic suppression of the proposed method was carried out. The results show that the proposed method can effectively inhibit the boost converter harmonics.
