目的 探讨创业警觉性和信息搜索对创业者危机感知的作用机制.方法 基于信息加工理论,运用来自153家企业的247份创业者问卷调查数据统计分析.结果 危机源和信息搜索对创业者威胁感知和转机感知的作用皆显著;创业警觉性对信息搜索、转机感知的正向作用显著;创业警觉性与信息搜索对危机感知的交互作用不显著.结论 信息搜索在创业警觉性和创业者危机感知之间起到部分中介作用.
Abstract: The study is to explore the mechanism of entrepreneurial alertness and information searching on entrepreneurs' crisis perception. Data from a sample of 247 entrepreneurs from 153 companies were used to examine the hypothesized models. Results show that the sources of crisis and information searching were associated with entrepreneurial perception of crisis and transition recognition; entrepreneurial alertness positively affected information searching and transition recognition; entrepreneurial alertness and infor- mation searching had little distinctive interaction with crisis perception. The relationship between en- trepreneurial alertness and crisis perception was partly moderated by information searching.
