唑菌酯(试验代号SYP-3343)是沈阳化工研究院创制的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂新品种,为给该药的质量控制和环境参数的测定提供测试方法以及为其田间应用提供科学依据,建立了该药原药的HPLC分析方法,并得到了HPLC/MS的验证.最佳分析条件是采用250mm×4.6mm不锈钢ODS5μm球型硅胶填料色谱柱,甲醇/水=80/20(WV)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,紫外检测波长为254nm,该法能很好地分离唑菌酯与原药样本中的杂质,方法的平均添加回收率为99.86%,唑菌酯原药的平均含量为95.50%,标准偏差为0.39%,相对标准偏差为0.40%,线性相关系数平方(r^2)为1.0000。
In order to control the quality of SYP-3343 and provide the method for data determination of its environmental behaviors and applications in fields, the method of HPLC analysis of SYP-3343 is established and validated by HPLC/MS. The optimal condition is 1.0 mL - min^-1 of methanol/double distilled water (80/20(V/V) ) as mobile phase, 254 nm UV as determination wave length using 250 mm × 4.6 mm stainless steel ODS 5 μn silica-gel column. SYP-3343 can be separated effectively from its main impurities in its raw material. The average recovery and coefficient of variation of this method are 99.86% and 0.40% respectively, and the average content of SYP-3343 is 95.50%. The standard deviation is 0.39% , and the relative standard deviation is 0.40%. The linear relative coefficient square(r^2 ) is 1. 000.
