以肼基取代嘧啶为起始原料,设计合成了16个新型的5-甲硫基-7-氯-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苄醚类及35个取代1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苯醚类化合物,通过元素分析、MS和^1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征.初步生测结果表明,部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性.
Sixteen novel 2-[substituted benzyloxy 7-chloro-5-methylsulfanyl-[1,2,4]-trlazolo[1,5-cJ pyrimidine derivatives and thirty-six novel substituted 2-phenoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives have been designed and synthesized using substituted 4-hydrazinopyrimidine as starting material. All synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR techniques. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some of them display good herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
