采用批次培养和连续培养两种工艺开展浸铀硫酸高铁菌液的培养,对比分析了二者菌群的氧化活性、菌液Fe3+/ΣFe及日菌液产出比(日出液量与氧化槽容积比)的差异.结果表明,当总铁含量为10 g/L、菌液批次培养和连续培养的Fe2的氧化速率分别为0.20 g/(L·h)及0.34 g/(L·h)、控制菌液Fe3+/ΣFe为96%左右时,批次培养和连续培养的日菌液产出比分别为1.04和1.43;菌液连续培养的Fe2+氧化速率和日菌液产出比分别是批次培养的1.7倍和1.4倍.此硫酸高铁菌液最适接种条件为:pH=1.6~1.7、Fe3+/ΣFe为90%~95%.
Batch culture and continuous culture of ferric sulfate uranium-leaching solution was applied to compare differences of oxidation activity of flora,Fe3+/ΣFe of bioleaching solution,and daily bacterium output ratio (ratio of daily bacterium output to oxidation tank volume).The results show that daily bacterium output ratio of batch culture and continuous culture is 1.04 and 1.43 respectively,and under the conditions including total iron content of 10 g/L,Fe2+ oxidation rate of bioleaching solution of batch culture and continuous culture of 0.20 g/(L · h) and 0.34 g/(L · h) respectively,Fe3+/ΣFe of bioleaching solution of about 96 %.Fe2+ oxidation rate and daily bacterium output ratio of bioleaching solution in continuous culture is 1.7 times and 1.4 times of in batch culture.The optimum inoculation condition of this ferric sulfate bioleaching solution is pH value of 1.6~1.7 and Fez+/ΣFe of 90%~95%.
