以某铀矿山堆浸生产混合铀矿石为原料,考察了微生物柱浸串联工艺对铀浸出率的影响。结果表明,经130d试验,Z1、Z2、Z3三柱串联渣计铀浸出率分别为81.83%、78.89%、81.43%,耗酸率分别为10.73%、10.73%、11.08%。采用串联工艺可以有效均衡浸出液铀浓度,提高铀吸附效率,促进铀的浸出。
The effect of column leaching series process on uranium leaching rate was investigated with mixed uranium ore as raw material. The results show that within 130 days, uranium leaching rate of Z1,Z2,Z3 is 81.83%, 78.89%, and 81.43% respectively, acid consumption is 10.73%, 10.73%, and 11.08% respectively. The series process can effectively balance uranium concentration in leaching solution, improve adsorption efficiency of uranium and promote leaching of uranium.
