目的探讨糖尿病机体氧化应激状态的改变及其对烧伤创面愈合过程的影响。方法应用STZ诱导糖尿病大鼠烫伤模型,检测其血浆中H2O2以及MDA水平与创面愈合的情况;流式细胞仪检测H2O2对大鼠成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。结果糖尿病大鼠创面愈合显著延迟,血浆中H2O2以及MDA水平明显增加;H2O2可促进大鼠成纤维细胞凋亡。结论氧化应激增强是糖尿病创面难愈发生的可能原因之一。
Objective To study the effect of oxidative stress on wound surface healing in diabetic rats with scald. Methods Scald models were induced by STZ in diabetic rats. Levels of H2O2 and MDA in serum and wound surface healing were observed. The effect of H2O2 on fibroblast apoptosis in rats was detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with non-diabetic controls, wound healing rates were delayed while the levels of MDA and H2O2 in serum increased obviously in diabetic rats. And H2O2 could promote apoptosis of fibroblast cell. Conclusion Oxidative stress might be one of the positive candidates for diabetic impaired wound healing.
