近年来聚乙烯醇纤维增韧水泥基复合材料(PVA—ECC)引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,但工程应用较少.因为目前尚没有纤维砂浆材料力学性能的试验规程,本文基于厦门本地原材料进行聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)砂浆的制备试验,并参考相关试验规程对PVA纤维砂浆的抗压性能和抗折性能进行试验,研究砂胶比、PVA掺量变化等对其基本力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,利用室内小型砂浆搅拌机制备PVA纤维砂浆是可行的。宜采用适当的投料方式、控制PVA掺量、减小砂胶比等;随着PVA纤维掺入量的增加,砂浆的抗压强度变化不大.但抗折强度和抗弯极限承载力增幅显著,压折比降低;与素砂浆相比,PVA纤维砂浆受压或者受弯时裂缝发展缓慢,裂缝宽度也较小,表现出一定的延性性质.
In recent years,the Polyvinyl alcohol fiber-Engineered Cementitious Composite (PVA-ECC) has attracted global attention, but it is rarely applied in bridge and road engineering. Although there is no specification for mix proportion design or test methods for mechanical properties of fiber reinforced mortar, PVA fiber reinforced mortar specimens are prepared and made for compressive test and flexural test respectively. The test results show that the small mortar mixer is feasible for PVA fiber reinforced mortar by adopting proper mix proportion and mixing method; with PVA fiber increasing, the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the reinforced mortar increas, especially the latter increases significantly. Compared with the plain mortar specimens, the crack width in the PVA fiber reinforced mortar, specimens is smaller and developed slowly under compression bending.
