为了充分吸纳全无缝桥梁主梁温度变形,降低工程造价,提出连续配筋接线路面合理长度计算方法,分析了温降下接线路面板受力变形机理,推导了考虑地梁锚固影响的接线路面应力、位移解析式,并提出接线路面长度及配筋设计方法;采用计算机编程实现了路面长度的优化计算。结果表明:解析法计算结果与有限元ANSYS仿真分析结果相近,路面板纵向钢筋最大应力相对误差为3.4%~5.7%;路面板最大裂缝宽度相对误差为4.7%~10.5%;实桥监测结果验证了接线路面长度及配筋设计满足现行规范要求。
In order to fully absorb thermal deformations in main girders and reduce project cost of jointless bridges,a calculation method was proposed to determine the reasonable length of continuous reinforced approach pavement.The deformation mechanism of approach pavement under temperature decrease was analyzed,and the computational formulas of stresses and deformation of the approach pavement slab with ground beam anchorage considered were deduced.A new design method was presented for approach pavement length and reinforcement and a computer program was developed to optimize pavement length.The results show that the computational results are close to that of the ANSYS finite element with the analytical formulas,and the relative errors of longitudinal reinforcement stresses and maximum crack widths in the slabs are respectively among 3.4%-5.7%,and 4.7%-10.5%.Both of pavement length and reinforcement are verified by the monitoring results of the actual bridge to satisfy the requirements of the specifications.
