以FCC催化剂为实验物料,采用动态压力传感器,实验测量了直径为150mm的45°斜管内不同颗粒流态下的动态压力,并进行了压力脉动的标准偏差分析。结果表明,随着蝶阀开度的增加,斜管内颗粒流态依次表现为蠕动流、波动流、分层流和满管流,颗粒质量流率呈现S形变化。不同流态下的动态压力差别很大,因此可以通过压力脉动曲线及其概率密度函数曲线来辨别这四种流态;其中,波动流态时,斜管存在剧烈振动,压力脉动呈低频高幅值波动。随着颗粒质量流率的增加,无量纲化标准偏差值先增大后减少,最后趋于平稳。
To investigate the FCC catalyst discharging characteristics in a 45°inclined standpipe of150 mm diameter,the dynamic pressures were systematically measured by the dynamic pressure sensors.The standard deviation analysis of pressure fluctuations was carried out.The results showed that with the increase of open rate of the butterfly valve,the flow patterns successively changed from creeping flow to undulated flow,gas-solid stratified flow and fluidized flow,while the solids mass flux increased in the shape of S.Each flow pattern has its own unique frequency and amplitude of dynamics pressure,therefore,the four flow patterns can be distinguished by their pressure fluctuation and probability density function curves.At gas-solid stratified flow pattern,a severe vibration of the inclined standpipe occurred and the corresponding dynamic pressure curve showed low frequency and high amplitude.With the increase of solid mass flux the dimensionless standard deviation of the dynamic pressure curve first increased and then decreased,and eventually tended to be stable.
