目的:采用基因芯片技术对痰湿型体质人的外周血基因表达谱进行研究。方法:挑选3例非痰湿型体质肥胖人、2例痰湿型体质肥胖人和3例正常体重者,取上述受试者的外周血.提取总RNA并进行扩增和标记.检测受试样品的质量.进行基因表达谱观察,从基因序列中A出具有显著统计学意义的序列所标志的基因。结果:痰湿型体质与非痰湿型体质相比.有115个差异表达探针组。结论:本研究发现痰湿型体质人的外周血相关基因表达与非痰湿型体质人有明显差异。
Objective:To study on peripheral blood gene expression profile in the obesity with pblegm-dampness constitution by gene chip technique. Methods: Three eases of non-phlegm-dampness constitution, 2 cases of phlegm-dampness constitution,and 3 normal persons were selected and the extracted total RNA was magnified and labeled. Then the quality of snmaples was detected and the gene expression profile was investigated. The genes marked by the sequence with statistically significant difference were searched out from Gene Bank. Results :As the phlegm-dampness constitution compared with the non-phlegm-dampness constitution,there are 115 probe groups of differential expression. Conclusion:There were significant differences of peripheral blood relative genes expression between the phlegm dampness constitution and the non-phlegm-dampness constitution.
