为了给单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁设计提供参考,将波形钢腹板等效为正交异性平板,利用箱梁理论推导了偏栽作用下单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁扭转与畸变控制微分方程;对1片单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁在偏载作用下的扭转与畸变效应进行试验研究,并将其试验结果与理论计算结果、有限元结果进行对比分析,验证提出公式的有效性,同时,与单箱双室混凝土箱梁的计算结果进行对比研究。最后,分析了宽跨比等几何参数对偏载作用下单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁扭转与畸变效应的影响。研究结果表明:提出的理论公式可精确计算单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁扭转与畸变效应;计算时可忽略波形钢腹板对纵向抗弯刚度及畸变翘曲刚度的贡献,箱梁的畸变刚度和畸变翘曲刚度是影响单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁畸变效应的主要因素,箱梁的畸变刚度及畸变翘曲刚度主要取决于截面的几何尺寸,如箱梁的高度、宽度、波形钢腹板的波纹形状、厚度等;与单箱双室混凝土箱梁相比,单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁的畸变正应力与弯曲正应力的比值较大;影响单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁翘曲应力的主要因素是宽跨比,其次是高跨比,波形钢腹板的波纹形状及厚度几乎没有影响。
To provide reference for design of webs ,the governing differential equations the single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel of torsion and distortion for the girder under partial load were derived based on the theory of box girder by taking corrugated steel webs as orthotropie slab. A torsion and distortion experimental research on a single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs under partial loads was carried out, and the experimental results, theoretical calculations and finite element results were compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed formula. Simultaneously, the calculation results of single-box double-cell concrete girder and the single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs were compared and investigated. Finally, the effects of the geometric parameters such as wide-span ratio on torsion and distortion of single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs under partial loads were analyzed. The results show that the torsion and distortion effects on the single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs can be accurately calculated by the proposed theoretical formula. The effects of the corrugated steel webs on longitudinal bending stiffness and rigidity warping distortion can be ignored in calculation. The distortion stiffness and rigidity warping distortion of the girder are the main factors influencing the distortion effect of the single box double-cell girder with corrugated steel webs, which mainly depend on the geometric size of the section, such as the height, the width, the corrugated shape, the thickness of the corrugated steel webs, etc. Compared with single-box double-cell concrete girder, the ratio of the distortion normal stress to the bending normal stress of the girder with corrugated steel webs is bigger. The width-span ratio is the main influence factor for the warping normal stress of the single box multi- cell girder with corrugated steel webs.
