With the advent of information age, the society needs the high-level computer talents. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the computer education. Aiming at the potential crisis of computer education, some suggestions are proposed from the aspects of teaching and management. Concretely speaking, the teaching reform is implemented separately from such three aspects as transfoaning the thinking habit, optimizing the curriculum and cultivating the students. Meanwhile, the management is implemented separately from three aspects of teacher recruitment, teacher management and teaching management. The proposed countermeasures can provide certain reference for computer education reform.
