基于与居民生活满意度相关的37个指标，对江苏省21个城镇居民进行抽样调查。通过因子分析、聚类分析等多元统计方法以及0LS法对居民生活满意度进行分析，得出主要的影响因素为经济收入。从分析结果中可以看出，苏南与苏北地区的居民生活满意度存在较大差异。根据综合评价结果把江苏省居民生活满意度分为4种类型，其间有明显的区域分异特征，依次从苏南过渡到苏北，呈逐渐降低的趋势。

英文摘要：

Based on the 37 index which related the inhabitants life satisfaction ,this paper sampling investigated residents of 21 cities in Jiangsu Province. We analyze residents life satisfaction,through the factor analysis ,cluster analysis of multivariate statistical methods and OLS method .One of the conclusions is economic income is the main factor of resident life satisfaction. And from the results of factor analysis and cluster analysis we can see the large difference in resident life satisfaction between southern and northern region of Jiangsu Province.
