通过原位插层聚合法制备了两种丙烯酸树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,采用X射线衍射、透射电镜及核磁共振等方法对纳米复合材料的结构进行了表征。研究结果表明,所制备的两种纳米复合材料均为剥离型纳米复合材料,纳米复合材料的热性能较相应聚合物提高20℃左右。应用结果表明,两种纳米复合材料均具有鞣制性能,其应用性能较相应聚合物有所提高。
Two kinds of acrylic resin/montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared via in-situ polymerization.The structure of nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR).The results show that two kinds of nanocomposites formed are categorized as exfoliated nanocomposites.they exhibite more than 20 ℃ improvement in thermal properties,compared to the unmodified polymer counterpart.The application results show two kinds of nanocomposites have tanning properties and their properties are improved in contrast to pure acrylic resin.
