目的:对心电信号波形的形态信息进行研究,提出一种自动检测正常窦性心律、室性心动过速(VT)和心室纤颤(VF)的新方法,确保在危险信号的前提下降低VF信号的假阳性率。方法:利用VT和VF信号无明显QRS波的特征,先将正常心电信号检测出来,通过提取信号峰值构造出一个正弦信号,计算异常心电信号和正弦信号的相关系数,判断VT信号与VF信号,最后在Lab VIEW平台下实现该算法并进行仿真实验。结果:利用从MIT-BIH心电数据库中选取的包含有正常心电信号、VT信号和VF信号的数据检测,仿真结果表明该算法可以很好的分辨VF信号与VT信号,显示出该算法有较好的性能。结论:将正常心电信号及VT信号和VF信号快速识别方法嵌入到普通的Holter系统中,实现自动报警,该方法具有简捷、快速的特点。
Objective: To present a automatic detection method for normal sinus rhythm, ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF) through researching waveform of electrocardio(ECG) so as to reduce the false positive rate of VF signal. Methods: The normal ECG signal was detected at the first step by using the characteristic that the typical QRS wave was not clear in VT and VF. And then to construct a sinusoidal signal through extracting the peak value of signal to calculate the correlation coefficient between abnormal ECG and sinusoidal signal, to judge the VT signal and VF signal. Finally, the algorithm was achieved under the Lab VIEW platform and the experiment of simulation was implemented. Results: Some records included normal ECG signal, VT signal and VF signal were selected from MIT-BIH ECG database and these data were used to detect the effect of method. The results of simulation revealed the distinguished effects for the VF signal and VT signal were appreciated by using this algorithm, and this algorithm has better performance in work. Conclusion: The fast recognition of normal ECG signal, VT and VF is implanted in the general Holter system can achieve automatic alarm. This method is concise and fast, and is a better method for monitoring VT and VF in real-time and implementing automatic alarm.
