DIXDC1是一种含有Dishevelled-Axin(DIX)和coiled-coil(MTH)两种结构域的蛋白,也是Wnt信号通路的正向调节分子,在细胞周期、神经系统发育和行为认知等方面均发挥着重要作用。DIXDC1在多种肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,能够激活PI3K/AKT信号通路,促进结肠癌细胞的增殖;激活PI3K-AKT/AP-1信号通路,促进肺癌组织细胞的侵袭和迁移;激活Wnt信号通路,调节β-catenin入核,进而促进胃癌细胞的侵袭和迁移。由于DIXDC1在肿瘤中产生的巨大作用,为肿瘤治疗提供了一个潜在靶点。
DIXDCl(Dishevelled-Axin domain-containing 1) is a protein containing Dishevelled-Axin(DIX) domain and coiled-coil(MTH) domain, is also a positive regulation molecule of Wnt signaling pathway. DIXDC 1 has a great effect on the regulation of cell cycle, the development of nervous system, and the normal performance of cognitivebehavioral. DIXDC1 also plays an important role in the progress of a number of tumors' development, activates PI3K/AKT signal pathway to promote colon cancer cell proliferation, activates PI3K-AKT/AP-1 signal pathway to increase the invasion and migration ability of lung cancer cell, also activates Wnt signal pathway to make the β-catenin translocation to the nucleus to promote the gastric cancer cell invasion and migration. Because of the huge influence of DIXDC1 on tumor, it provides a potential target for tumor therapy.
