采用沉淀法合成PbWO4光催化剂,以极难降解的糖蜜酒精废水为降解对象.研究PbWO4光催化剂的光催化性能.研究结果表明:在焙烧温度为730K时,光催化剂PbWO4的晶体形成;光催化剂PbWO4的适宜焙烧温度为773K。在该温度下焙烧2h后获得的光催化剂PbWO4的禁带宽度为2.84eV.该催化剂可在2h内使糖蜜酒精废水的色度催化降解90.2%.
PbWO4 was prepared by precipitation method, and the photocatalytic activity of it was studied by degraded molasses fermentation wastewater. The results showed that the optimal calcination temperature of PbWO4 was 773 K. Calcined at 773 K for 2 h, the band-gap energy of PbWO4 is 2.84eV. The degradation of molasses fermentation wastewater is 90.2% in 2 h while PbWO4 was used as a photocatalyst. The PbWO4 crystalline phase formed above 730 K.
