目的了解山东省鲁西南地区淡色库蚊对5种常用化学杀虫剂的抗性状况,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法采用WHO生物测定方法,测定淡色库蚊敏感品系和现场种群对5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果 5个现场淡色库蚊种群对DDVP、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性指数分别为4.85~12.35、1.52~5.14、0.05~4.24、28.35~428.9、64.00~263.32倍。结论经过长期的化学防治,鲁西南地区淡色库蚊对5种常用化学杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,应采取适当措施克服或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens paUens to the 5 commonly used chemical insecticides in southwest region of Shandong Province, and provide the basis for proper and efficient mosquito chemical control. Methods The WHO bioassay was used to test the resistance of susceptible strains and field populations of Cx. pipiens pallens to 5 kinds of insecticides. Results Of 5 field populations of Cx. pipiens pallens, the resistance indexes for DDVP, propoxur, acetofenate,cypermethrin and deltamethriu were 4.85 - 12.35,1.52 - 5.14,0.05 - 4.24, 28.35 - 428.9 and 64.00 - 263.32 respectively. Conclusion After a long period of chemical control, Cx. pipiens pallens in southwest region of Shandong Province has showed different degrees of resistance to the 5 commonly used chemical insecticides. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to delay and prevent the emergence and devel- opment of insecticidal resistance.
