The paper conducts a empirical analysis of the spatial layout about the Indepen- dent Service Vendor by analyzing the statistical data of Taobao platform and constructing spatial econometric model. The study finds that the distribution of the Independent Service Vendor has spatial dependencies to the distribution of the seller. The number of sellers play a significantly accelerative role in the growth of the Independent Service Vendor, and the Independent Service Vendor will be agglomerate when the sellers represent a highly agglom- erate state. The virtual transaction between the Independent Service Vendor and the seller don' t eliminate the role of geographical distance. This conclusion reveals the law of the spatial distribution of the Independent Service Vendor, as well as its spatial dependence to the sellers, which provides evidence for the local government to formulate policies to develop the e-commerce.
