目的探讨主动脉瓣狭窄患者行经股动脉球囊扩张式主动脉瓣置换术的护理配合经验。方法回顾性分析并总结2011年5月至2012年12月第二军医大学长海医院血管外科收治的5例主动脉瓣狭窄行经股动脉球囊扩张式主动脉瓣置换术患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者手术全部成功,术后胸闷、心绞痛症状明显缓解;复查心脏超声,主动脉瓣口面积为（3.2±0.43）cm,心功能分级均明显改善,无手术相关并发症发生。结论积极全面的术中配合与护理,可以缩短主动脉瓣狭窄行经股动脉球囊扩张式主动脉瓣置换术患者的手术时间、减少出血量、降低麻醉风险,促进患者的术后恢复。

英文摘要：

Objective To discuss the operative nursing cooperation experience in aortic valve replacement via transfemoral balloon dilation for patients with aortic valve stenosis .Methods Clinical data of 5 cases were analyzed retrospectively .Results All 5 cases had successful surgery ,the postoperative distress and angina were significantly eased .The aortic valve area was （3 2. ± 0 4.3）cm ,and the cardiac functional grading was significantly improved as well ,with no surgical related complications .Conclusion Active and compre-hensive cooperation and nursing during operation can shorten surgery time ,reduce the amount of bleeding and anesthetic risks ,and promot postoperative recovery .
