以低毒、廉价的环己烷为溶剂,通过调控杂质离子和基质材料阳离子的相对反应活性,合成了发光颜色可调、近似球形的Cu∶Zn Cd S量子点。系统研究了油胺的用量、Cu掺杂量、Cd/Zn比以及不同的Zn前驱体对量子点发光性质的影响。通过在Cu∶Zn Cd S量子点晶核外层包覆宽带隙Zn S材料,进一步消除了粒子的表面缺陷,有效提高了量子点的发光效率。
Color-tunable and spherical Cu-doped Zn Cd S quantum dots( QDs) were synthesized by controlling the relative reactivity of the dopant precursors and host cation precursors and using the low toxic and low-cost cyclohexane as the reaction solvent. The effects of various experimental conditions such as the amount of oleylamine,Cu-doping concentration,Cd / Zn ratio and different zinc precursors on the optical properties of QDs were investigated.Furthermore,the emissive efficiency was enhanced by overcoating the Zn S shell material with wide band edge on the Cu∶ Zn Cd S QDs core due to the defects on the surface of QDs were removed.
