研究了纳米Al2O3对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷力学性能的影响,探讨了微米/纳米金属陶瓷的增韧机制。对断裂模式的改变、显微结构的变化、多条裂纹的产生等进行了分析。
The influence of nano-scale Al2O3 on the mechanical properties of Ti(C,N)-based ceramets and toughening mechanisms of micro/nano-scale composite ceramets were studied in this paper. The major toughening mechanisms such as the transformation of fracture mode, the change of the microstructure, occurrence of the multi-crack etc. were also analyzed.
