结构损伤机制的选择、评价、设计与控制是建筑结构抗震设计面临的热点与难点。定量评价建筑结构地震损失不仅是结构损伤机制选择与评价的重要环节,也是抗震防灾决策的重要依据。以全概率PBEE方法(PEER-PBEE Methodology)为基础,给出了地震损失计算方法和流程,结合工程实际确定了地震损失评估所需考虑的地震动强度范围,归纳总结了RC框架结构各类构件的易损性函数和损失函数。定量评价了按现行规范设计的不同抗震设防烈度的典型多层RC框架结构的地震损失,分析了设防烈度、倒塌风险、构件类别等因素的影响。研究结果表明,该评估方法可为抗震防灾决策提供参考。根据算例分析结果对不同烈度区的建筑结构地震损失控制提出了有关建议。
The selection, evaluation, design and control of seismic damage mechanism have attracted much attention and remain a challenge for the seismic design of buildings. Earthquake loss estimation of building structures is important for the selection and evaluation of seismic damage mechanism. It is also important for the decision making of earthquake disaster prevention. PEER-PBEE methodology is employed to establish the earthquake loss estimation procedure. The fragility and loss functions of RC building components are summarized. The ground motion intensity range for evaluating earthquake loss is determined through engineering judgement. The earthquake losses of typical multi-story RC frames designed for different seismic intensity levels are estimated. The influence of seismic hazard, collapse risk and component categories on earthquake losses are discussed. The results show that the procedure can provide meaningful information for the decision making of earthquake disaster prevention. Some suggestions are proposed to reduce the earthquake losses of RC frames built in different seismic areas.
