采用隐式拟合显式计算方法,以REFPROP6.01的计算结果作为数据源,对R22,R134a,R125和R32四种单组分制冷剂的过冷区热力特性在饱和温度为-60~80℃(R125为-60~60℃,R32为-60~70℃),过冷度为0~20℃的数据范围内作了拟合,给出了单组分制冷剂过冷区热力特性的快速计算方法。该方法能够保证制冷剂热力性质计算的可逆性,同时由于不存在迭代,保证了热力性质计算的高速性和绝对稳定性。并对所得到的快速计算公式的计算结果和计算速度与REFPROP6.01相应公式的计算结果和计算速度作了比较。对比结果显示,计算速度比REFPROP6.01提高2个数量级,且能保证最大偏差在0.796%之内,而平均偏差在0.0706%之内。
With the implicit regress and explicit calculation fast calculation method, explicit fast calculation formulae for thermal properties of four types of pure refrigerants, such as R22, R134a, R125 and R32, covering the saturated temperature of - 60 - 80℃ for R22 and R134a, saturated temperature of - 60- 60℃ for R125, saturated temperature of -60- 70℃ and subccoling of 0- 20℃ for R22, R134a, R125 and R32, are presented. So the implicit- regress and explicit- calculation fast calculation method for subcooled pure refrigerant thermal properties is presented. This method can guarantee the calculation reversibility, calculation stability and high calculation speed of the refrigerant thermodynamic properties. The calculation speed and the accuracy of the fast calculation formulae are validated by the comparison with REFPROP 6.01. The comparison result shows that calculation speed of the fast calculation formulae is two orders faster than those of REFPROP 6.01. And the maximum relative deviation of all the fast calculation formulae is less than 0. 796% and the mean relative deviation is less than 0.0706%.
