Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park is a typical mode of cooperation among government, academic insti-tutions and enterprises, which constitutes the triple helix form of efficient interaction mechanism. It plays a key role in improving the industrial development, enhancing the teaching and research ability of academic and research institutions, building a regional economy innovation system, and promoting Taiwan industrial upgrading and transformation. Meanwhile it offers a notable reference to our main- land for the development of the interacting relationship of the cooperation among government, indus-try, and university.
