目的:研究石榴皮鞣质清除自由基的作用。方法:通过罗丹明B—Cu^2+-H2O2体系产生·OH,邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生O2^-。同时比较石榴皮鞣质提取物,鞣花酸一没食子酸混合溶液,以及维生素C的作用效果,根据作用常数的大小讨论3种溶液及其各自的浓度对自由基的清除作用,并初步推断作用机制。结果:石榴皮鞣质对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均具有较好的清除作用,较低浓度时即可发挥清除作用。结论:石榴皮鞣质对自由基侵害有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the scavenging effect of extracts of pomegranate pericarps tannins on active oxygen radicals ( · OH and O2^-). METHODS · OH was generated from RhB-Cu2^+- H2O2 system,O2^ - was produced by the autoxidation of pyrogallol system. The influence of some three samples (pomegranate pericarps tannins, ellagic acid-galic acid , VitC)on the scavenging effect, was investigated. According to the constant(Ⅰ), resule of 3 concentration of samples on scavenging effect were discussed, the mechanisms were preliminarily study. RESULTS The pomegranate pericarps tannins could scavenge the active oxygen free radicals effectly. CONCLUSION Extracts of pomegranate pericarps can protect the damage induced by active oxygen free radicals.
