The east section of Tai - Jin Speedway in Zhejiang Province lies on soft soil foundation, where the bearing capacity is considerably low and the filling height is significantly great. The rules of horizontal displacement of four different foundation treatments, i.e. plastic drain, granular pile, chemical churning pile and preliminary pile, are summarized based on the data of a long - time monitoring, which may give directions to the design and construction of speedway in soft soil area in Zhejiang.
