A new explanation of hybrid model of additional system parameter was presented by thinking of semi-parameter. The method for calculating parameter adjustment was deduced. The estimation of parameter and semi-parameter, the precision assessment formular were obtained. Simulation test verified the validity of semi-parameter estimation and made a further expansion for additional semi-parametric model.
