目的:探讨CD4+CD29T细胞在湿热型溃疡性结肠炎中的表达及意义。方法:按照年龄及性别构成无统计学差异的原则,将临床观察对象入选分为正常组(n=32)、单纯湿热组(n=18)、非湿热型UC组(n=29)及湿热型UC组(n=16)共4组;将40只SD大鼠随机分为健康组(n=10)、单纯湿热组(n=10)、非湿热型UC组(n=10)及湿热型UC组(n=10)共4组,采用高脂、高糖饲料联合人工气候箱法造出大鼠湿热型模型,再结合三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠法制作湿热型UC模型,非湿热型UC组单独用TNBS法。使用流式细胞分析仪检测以上各组患者和大鼠外周血CD4+CD29T细胞所占的百分比。结果:单纯湿热组、非湿热型UC组和湿热型UC组患者和大鼠外周血中CD4+CD29T细胞的表达均显著升高(P〈0.05),其中以湿热型UC组表达最高。结论:CD4+CD29T细胞在湿热型UC患者和大鼠中表达显著升高,可能参与了湿热型UC的发病。
Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate expressions of CD4+CD29Teells in ulcerative colitis (UC) with damp - heat syndrome patients and rats. Methods : We studied 18 patients with damp - heat syndrome ,29 UC patients, 16 UC patients with damp - heat syndrome and 32 healthy controls. 40 SD rats were distributed into four groups, containing control group ( n = 10 ) , damp - heat syndrome group ( n = 10, induced by giving the high sugar fat food and artificial bioclimatic chamber), TN- BS group ( n = lO,induced by TNBS) and TNBS + damp - heat syndrome group ( n = 10, induced by damp - heat syndrome meth- ode with TNBS). The frequency of CD4 CD29T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was evaluated by flow cyto- metric analysis. Results:The results demonstrated a significant increase in the frequency of CD4+ CD29T ceils in patients and rats with the damp - heat syndrome, UC or UC with damp - heat syndrome compared with healthy controls. Conclusion : CD4+ CD29T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of UC with damp- heat syndrome. Increased CD4 CD29T cells in the peripheral blood may be an important factor in the development of UC.
