镁离子对阳离子通道有重要的调节作用,与机体的多种生理功能密切相关。高镁血症或低镁血症可致机体出现多种功能障碍。镁离子可通过与通道蛋白的直接结合、通过酶和G蛋白的间接作用、通过膜表面电荷效应或是通过与膜磷脂的相互作用等方式发挥其对细胞功能的调节作用。本文主要综述离子镁对心肌细胞膜上主要的钾离子通道和钙离子通道的功能调节及其可能机制。
Magnesium exerts important modulations on cation channels,which is related to various physiological functions of the body.Hypermagnesemia or hypomagnesemia may lead to a wide range of body dysfunctions.Magnesium plays roles in the regulation of cell functions through direct binding with channel proteins,indirect effect with G-proteins and enzymes and interacting with surface charges and membrane phospholipids.This review will summarize the regulatory functions of magnesium on some important K^+channels and Ca^2+ channels,and their possible mechanisms in cardiac myocytes.
