声学传感器的研究对提高声学共鸣法测量Boltzmann常数kB的精度以及高温区热力学温度的测量都十分重要。借助声学共鸣法,文中研究了压电陶瓷与电容式麦克风的响应特性。结果表明,在相同条件下,麦克风测量信噪比和频率随机偏差δfN/fN都明显优于压电陶瓷,验证了麦克风的高灵敏性;另外,两种传感器测量的半宽值的Δg/f均远小于1×10^-6,为后续高温区热力学温度测量和减小kB不确定度奠定了基础。
The study on acoustic transducer is very necessary for promoting the precision Bohzmann constant kB measurement and measuring thermodynamic temperature of high-temperature zone.By means of the acoustic resonance method ,the response prop- erty of the piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) and condenser microphone were studied in the fixed cylinder resonator.The results show that the microphone signal-to-noise and frequency random deviation δfN/fN are superior to PZT, which proves the microphone has higher sensitivity on measurement of acoustic response.Moreover, the half-values of two sensors Δg/f are less than 1 × 10^-6.This re- search laid the foundation of the thermodynamic temperature measurements at high temperature and reducing the uncertainty of ks.
