以CuSO4·5H2O为铜源,利用熔融盐法、在不同温度下合成了CuO无机催化材料。采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构及性能方面进行表征,通过CuO催化剂对甲基橙的降解程度,评价了其紫外光催化活性。通过引入各种自由基清除剂研究甲基橙在紫外光催化反应过程中的活性物种。研究结果表明,温度在410℃合成出的CuO材料具有最好的紫外催化活性。
Using CuSO4· 5H2O as the source of copper, CuO of inorganic catalytic material was synthesized by a molten salt method at different temperatures. The structure and properties of CuO were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, ultra- violet visible diffuse spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The ultraviolet catalytic activity of CuO was evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange. With the introduction of a variety of free radical scavenger, we research the active species in the photocatalytic reaction process of methyl orange. The research results have shown that CuO prepared at 410 ℃ has the best UV catalytic activity.
