以2009届部分高校经管专业毕业生为调查研究对象,对农村籍与城镇籍大学毕业生的工作签定、工资待遇、工作满意度、就业意向、职业类型、工作单位类型等方面进行比较分析,结果显示农村籍大学生就业率明显低于城镇籍大学生就业率。从个人、家庭、高校、用人单位和政府的角度看,主要原因在于农村籍大学生就业自信心不强、家庭经济和社会资本匮乏、高校的支持与帮助不足、用人单位招聘中存在户籍歧视以及政府在保障公平就业方面的制度不完善。促进农村籍大学生就业需要个人、家庭、高校、用人单位和政府共同努力。
Taking part of the 2009th countrywide university graduates of economics and management major as samples, this paper compared rural and urban college students employment, from the payment, job satisfaction, employment intention, type of occupations, type of work places, etc.. The re'suhs found that the quality of employ- ment of rural college students was lower than that of urban college students. From individual, family, university, employer and government perspectives, the causes of employment features of rural college students were rural col- lege students' weak confidence of employment, their family' s lack of economic and social capital, colleges' insuf- ficient support and assistance for rural college students, employers' household discrimination during the hiring process and government' s imperfect systems about ensuring employment justice. Individuals, families, universi- ties, employers and government all need making efforts to improve the quality of employment of rural college students.
