粒子群算法是近期发展的一种有效的优化方法。基于浓度的概念对粒子群优化算法做了改进,改善了粒子群的多样性,增强了算法的全局搜索能力,从而提高了优化效率。盘式制动器是保证汽车行驶安全的重要部件。应用此方法,以制动时间最短为目标,在几何约束、强度约束、温度约束等条件下,对盘式制动器的主要设计参数进行了优化设计。所得结果表明,盘式制动器的制动效率得到提高,保证了汽车行驶的安全性。
Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is an effective evolutionary algorithm. In this paper, the antibody density was introduced into PSO to improve searching characteristics by keeping the diversity of the population. Disk Brake is an important part of the vehicle to ensure the security. The improved PSO is then applied to optimal design of disk brake in order to minimize the brake time under the conditions of geometry constrain, intensity constrain and temperature constrain. The result shows that brake efficiency and the security of the vehicle increase.
