针对目前高速铁路无砟轨道结构在荷载及环境因素综合作用下存在易开裂、耐久性差、维修困难等问题,提出将材料性能优异的活性粉末混凝土应用于无砟轨道结构。对比普通混凝土和活性粉末混凝土无砟轨道结构的受力性能和经济性指标,发现活性粉末混凝土无砟轨道结构具有较高的技术经济性。活性粉末混凝土在无砟轨道结构中的应用为解决目前无砟轨道结构所存在的问题找到了一条新的途径,同时为实现资源节约利用、发展轻型化高速铁路提供了参考。
Aiming to the existed problems that the high speed railway ballastless track suffers from crack of track slab, poor durability and maintenance difficulties, the reactive powder concrete was suggested to be used in the ballastless track for its excellent material properties. It is found that the RPC ballastless track has a high level of techno - economic advantage in terms of the mechanical behavior and economic index by comparing the structures of normal concrete and RPC ballastless track. Tbe application of reactive powder concrete in ballastless track pro- vides a new way to solve the existing problems in the structure of ballastless track, and offers references in reali- zing the resource conservation and light - duty development of high speed railway.
