为研究不规则混凝土壳体在整体不均匀日照作用下的温度效应,运用太阳辐射和对流换热等相关知识,计算夏季整体不均匀日照作用在一个不规则混凝土壳体表面产生的温度荷载,采用有限元软件 Abaqus6.11,分析该壳体在此种工况下的温度场和温度应力,并将计算结果与该壳体在整体降温、整体升温及自重3种工况下的温度效应进行对比分析。研究结果表明:不规则混凝土壳体在夏季整体不均匀日照作用下的温度场分布很不均匀,向阳面的温度值比背阳面的高21.22℃;截面温度梯度符合指数函数分布;壳体在夏季不均匀日照作用下的最大主应力为3.635 MPa,比自重作用下的大1.663 MPa,比整体升温作用下的大0.542 MPa,仅比整体降温作用下的小0.146 MPa。本文为不规则混凝土壳体的设计提供了一定的参考。
In order to study the temperature effect of the irregular concrete shell under the action of the whole -nonuniform sunshine,this paper applies knowledge about solar radiation,convection heat exchange and other rel-evant knowledge,calculates the temperature load on the surface of the irregular concrete shell generated by the whole -nonuniform sunshine in summer,uses the finite element software Abaqus6.11,analyzes the temperature field and temperature stress of the shell in this condition,and compares the results with that in conditions of over-all cooling,overall heat and the gravity.The study shows:the temperature field of the shell under the effect of the whole -nonuniform sunshine in summer is very inhomogeneous.The temperature of the surface exposed to the sun is 21.22 ℃ higher than the temperature of the shaded surface.The temperature gradient of the cross pro-file accords with exponential function distribution.The Maximum principal stress of the shell under the whole -nonuniform sunshine in summer is 3.635 MPa.It is 1.663 MPa higher than that under the effect of gravity and is 0.542 MPa higher than that in the overall warming case,which is just 0.146 MPa lower than that in the over-all cooling case.This paper provides some references for the design of irregular concrete shell.
