在一般磁悬浮轴承转子系统的基础上增加磁悬浮阻尼器,构成磁悬浮轴承与磁悬浮阻尼器组合的支承转子系统。通过理论分析及系统高速旋转实验研究了不同阻尼器控制参数下该组合支承转子系统的不平衡响应。研究结果表明,增加磁悬浮阻尼器的附加阻尼能够改善系统的动态性能,降低转子的不平衡振动,使系统在16000r/min稳定运行。
A magnetic damper was introduced into the ordinary magnetic bearing system. Unbalance response of the system was studied herein by theoretical analysis and actual operation of the system. The results show that the vibration of the rotor can be reduced effectively when the damping of the magnetic damper increases, and the system can operate on over 16 000 revolutions per minute more easily.
