为改善磁悬浮轴承细长转子系统的动态性能,在原有支承基础上增加磁悬浮阻尼器。分析了磁悬浮轴承与磁悬浮阻尼器组合柔性转子系统的动态性能,并与不含磁悬浮阻尼器系统的动态性能进行了比较。由于增加了合适位置及合适控制参数的磁悬浮阻尼器,提高了系统在第1,2阶弯曲模态振动时的阻尼,使系统顺利越过二阶弯曲临界转速在16000r/min稳定运行。
Dynamic characteristics of the system supported by two radial magnetic bearings, one axial magnetic bearing and one magnetic damper are studied in this paper. Compared with the system without magnetic damper , supporting damping of the system increases obviously and the vibration of the system can be reduced effectively, especially when it oper-ates on the first two bending critical speeds. This helps the system to get across the first two bending critical speeds safely and operate on 16 000 rotations per minute.
