通过黑液气化模型研究气化空气量、气化压力和气化原料湿度对气化平衡温度、气化气热值及产气量的影响。结果显示:对于AssiDoman Kraftliner黑液样品,在压力增大,当量比为0.22~0.25,湿度Z为0.05~0.10的条件下可以获得较好的气化效果。
This paper studies the equilibrium model for black liquor gasification. The influence of operation condition such as quantity of air, pressure and humidity are considered. The results showed that a better gasification process requires appropriate quantity of ER=0.22-0.25, Z=0.05-0.10 and an increased pressure will favor the reaction.
