目的:对药材桃儿七的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从桃儿七中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:异苦去氧鬼臼毒素(Ⅰ)、3β-羟基-7α-甲氧基-24β-乙基-胆甾-5-烯(Ⅱ)、5α,8α-过氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ)、7β-羟基-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)、α-棕榈酸甘油酯(Ⅶ)、α-D-葡萄糖(Ⅷ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ、Ⅶ~Ⅸ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots and rhizomes of Sinopodophyllum emodi.Methods: The compounds were isolated by many different chromatographic methods such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column.Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectrascopic data.Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as isopicrodeoxypodophyllotoxin(Ⅰ),3β-hydroxy-7α-methoxy-24β-ethyl-cholest-5-ene(Ⅱ),5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(Ⅲ),7β-hydroxysitosterol(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),daucosterol(Ⅵ),α-glyceryl palmitate(Ⅶ),α-D-glucose(Ⅷ),5-hydromethyl furaldehyde(Ⅸ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅳ,Ⅶ~Ⅸ are obtained from this genus for the first time.
