Air traffic control（ATC） controller is the most important factor for ensuring safe and efficient air traffic. Reasonably evaluating ATC controller workload has an important effect on ensuring that ATC system can safely works. The regression analysis method is adopted and a certain airspace is taken as an example. The method for evaluating ATC controller workload, processing means of original data, parameter pick-up, and workload evaluation model constructing is presented. By using the evaluation model in practice, the results validate that the regression analysis method for evaluating ATC controller workload is correct.
