红外探测器进入商业市场的最大障碍是致冷。它不仅使系统成本提高,而且操作不便[1]。我国科学家最新发现的以PMNT为代表的弛豫铁电单晶在热扩散系数、物化性能等方面具有优异的热释电综合性能,可应用于非致冷器件,用其制成的传感器具有结构简单,功耗低,系统成本低等优点,具有非常诱人的广泛应用前景。目前,基于弛豫铁电单晶这种新型热释电材料红外光传感器和配套的读出电路芯片正在积极研究[2]。同时将读出电路信号转化成数字信号,可以完成原来读出电路所不能完成的信号的存储、变换、去噪声和数字化传输等方便于应用的功能。所以人们希望把红外焦平面模拟信号转换为数字信号来处理。较低功耗和较低的系统成本是这种新型PMNT材料红外光传感器的优势。
